HOW I HELP

You can’t rely on your high school rowing club to help you get recruited. If your club is anything like mine was, you probably erg 1x a week.

That’s simply NOT enough erging to get the improvement you probably need.

Your 2k - and where you get recruited - is NOT their concern.

Your club only cares about you helping them win medals, races, and championships on the water. After you’re gone, they’ll basically forget about you.
